WOH

Wow,’ she says softly and calmly.
‘Wow.’
It leaves her speechless.
‘This is what I’ve been looking for for so long.’
‘I thought I’d lost this feeling.’
Without realizing it, she hits the nail on the head.
Thinking and feeling. Two extremes.
Long ago, she draped the blanket of thinking over her feelings.
She works in a rational environment. Control and knowledge are power.
She wants to care for others, but never gets around to it.
Neither for herself nor for anyone else.
When she tries, no one notices her.
She has made herself invisible.

From invisible to WOW.
The invisible has become visible.

We worked with the classic ‘Bus’ metaphor.
The bus represents the underlying premise of your actions.
Fuel energy for the soul.
If you sit at the front, you are in control; you determine the direction you take.
If you sit in the middle, you might talk to the driver, but you don’t decide the direction yourself.
If you sit at the back, you shout instructions to the driver, but unfortunately, the driver doesn’t do what you want.
So, you have to go wherever the bus takes you.
She says: ‘I’m not sitting anywhere on the bus. I’m running after it. Just when I’m about to catch up, I fall, and then I start running after the bus again.’
We talk about who is on the bus and what it takes to get on board.
She gets on the bus and crawls under the seat. She slowly emerges from beneath the seat, peeks out, and crawls back in.
She stands in the middle and looks at the steering wheel. ‘That’s where I want to go,’ she says.
‘I want to do what I love most. I’ve done enough running. I’m done with the ifs and buts. I want to act.
I want to feel life!’

In life, we often find ourselves focused on the consequences rather than the causes, finding it less easy to look at the root cause.
It is more effective to look at the cause than the effect.
If you truly want to take control of your life, start with the cause instead of just complaining about the consequences.
Where do you stand? On the side of the consequence, or on the side of the cause?
She looks at me and falls silent. “Wow… I see it now, and I can feel it.”
Once that “Wow” moment arrives, the inner drive kicks in. You start doing what makes you happy.
You move from being blocked to taking action. You shift from a place of inner strength to stepping into the spotlight.

If you become blocked internally, you cannot grow.
The stories we tell ourselves become our reality, and that story becomes all we see.
Imagine being able to change your story.
Imagine being able to make your own choices and act from the heart.
How wonderful would that be?

Everything is a choice. Do you know what you base your choices on?
Are you satisfied?
Do you dare to make a choice?

When you work from the heart, you work with passion and purpose.
You start doing what brings you joy. You take steps, make your own choices, and grow.
How wonderful is that? Following your intuition and trusting the choices you make.
Wow. “I never thought this was possible.”

If you, too, want that “Wow” moment—to start doing the things you long for—
Then the choice is simple, isn’t it?
