4 Golden Elements that make You, You. Future you

There are four golden elements that make you, you.

Understanding them is like unlocking the treasure chest of your true potential.

Each element is a part of your journey to becoming the future you, embracing not only your brightest sides, but also those shadowy parts that make you real and whole.

The four elements are:

Your Skills

These are the things you’re great at: your natural talents and developed strengths. Maybe you’re an amazing artist, an intuitive problem solver, a great communicator, or the one who can keep calm when things get chaotic. These skills are what make you shine. Recognize what you’re good at, take pride in your talents, and let them be the force that drives you forward. Use them to show the world what you’re capable of.

Your Values

Your values are what keep you centered, guiding you through decisions and helping you stay true to yourself. What matters to you the most? Courage? Kindness? Freedom? Growth? Stand by these values even when it’s hard. When you honor what you believe in, you create an unshakeable foundation that no one can take away from you.

Your Experience

Your story gives you a unique perspective. Every part of your journey, goes into what makes you different and brilliant. Every challenge you’ve faced, every milestone you’ve reached, is a lesson learned that you can pass on. When you turn to someone and say, “hey, I was there too, I know what it’s like – here’s what worked for me”, that’s your experience talking.

And…

Your Mess

Everyone struggles in life at one time or another. The challenges, heartbreaks, and tragedies you’ve faced are just as important as the good stuff. Why? Your shadows are what helps us see your light. Those bad memories are proof of your resilience. Unlocking the power of your shadow side means embracing all that you are – fears, doubts, pain – and using it as fuel to propel you forward.

Our skills, values, and some of our experiences: these parts of ourselves are easier to accept. Our mess, on the other hand, can feel like something we’d have preferred to have cleaned up already.

Most of us need a good deal of motivation to change. Without our mess, we wouldn’t have gone down this road to becoming our future selves in the first place. Be grateful for it. More than that, now you know what didn’t work. This is what every business, every process, every person needs to improve: evidence of where it went wrong.

Are you starting to believe? Can you feel that excitement bubbling up inside? That sense of, “this is what I have to do, this is what I’m going to do.” That the start of a lifelong project: the iteration of your life.

Enjoy your life journey.
